Ros Glendinning:
Rosalie Harley (Ros) is a fully qualified Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
Ros has over 15 years instructing, teaching and mentoring in the fitness industry. Ros has achieved her rigorous Level 3 Qualification with The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.
She was awarded her Chartered Physiotherapy BSc (Hons) Degree from Plymouth University in 2018. Immediately she chose to specialise in Physiotherapy and Pilates; studying again to gain her Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates to compliment her Degree (HFE Health and Fitness Education). Ros also has a BA (Hons) Degree in Sport and Dance from
De Montfort University and a CYQ Level 2 Exercise to Music Instructor Qualification.
Ros has been a volunteer at the military charity Help for Heroes since 2015; where she teaches Pilates and CheeziFit; the latter of which she is The Founder.
Ros is also an NHS Physiotherapist on the frontline to contribute in the fight against Covid-19.


Gilly Ellis:
Since March 2020; Ros has been teaching Pilates on-line on Zoom with Gilly Ellis.
Gilly is a newly qualified Pilates instructor and therefore arrives with the newest skills and evidence! Training with HFE the leading educators in Pilates training. Gilly is also a gymnastics teacher and equally a fitness instructor.
Together they offer a unique blend of Physiotherapy, Pilates, academic knowledge and fun! They work closely together to ensure they can offer bespoke and tailored classes to help as many conditions as they can in the mixed ability classes.
Gilly has been in the industry for 10 years with a BA (Hons) Degree in Sport and Coaching from Exeter University. Together they continue to provide first class Physiotherapy led Pilates classes and continue to teach voluntarily every Friday; for Help for Heroes Veterans.
